With the refreshing pear juices cut through the rich flavor of milk chocolate, this pear & chocolate cream dessert recipe is great for chocoholics and also fruit devotee. 2¾ oz/75 g drained canned pears in juice

cup low-fat cream cheese

few drops of vanilla extract

1 tbsp grated milk chocolate
Method :

Process the pears to a purée in a blender
or mash thoroughly with a fork.

Combine the pears, cream cheese, and
vanilla extract in a bowl, then lightly stir in two thirds of the
chocolate. Spoon into a single-serving dessert glass or dish and top
with the remaining chocolate. Chill before serving.
