Easy Healthy Dessert Recipe - Pear & Chocolate Cream DessertWith the refreshing pear juices cut through the rich flavor of milk chocolate, this pear & chocolate cream dessert recipe is great for chocoholics and also fruit devotee. Ingredients :

  • 2¾ oz/75 g drained canned pears in juice

  • 1/3 cup low-fat cream cheese

  • few drops of vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp grated milk chocolate

Method :

  1. Process the pears to a purée in a blender or mash thoroughly with a fork.

  2. Combine the pears, cream cheese, and vanilla extract in a bowl, then lightly stir in two thirds of the chocolate. Spoon into a single-serving dessert glass or dish and top with the remaining chocolate. Chill before serving.
