1 papaya

1 mango

˝ cantaloupe melon

90g / 3˝oz white grapes

Method :

Halve and skin the papaya, then remove
the seeds and cut into rough slices. Peel the mango and cut the flesh
from the stone.

Remove the melon seeds with a spoon.
Slice the flesh away from the skin, then cut into rough chunks. Juice
all the fruit.
