Anti Aging Salads Recipe
Cooking
fruits can destroy their nutrients so this fresh fruit salad is perfect
if you want to make the most of your ingredients.

Ingredients :
Serves 6

2 peaches

2 eating apples
-
2 oranges
-
16-20 strawberries

30ml / 2 tbsp lemon juice
-
15-30ml / 1-2 tbsp orange flower water
-
a few fresh mint leaves, to decorate

Method :

Blanch the peaches for 1 minute in
boiling water, then peel away the skin and cut the flesh into thick
slices. Discard the stone (pit).

Peel and core the apples and cut into
thin slices. Peel the oranges with a sharp knife, removing all the
pith, and segment them, catching any juice in a bowl.

Hull the strawberries and halve or
quarter if large. Place all the fruit in a large serving bowl.

Blend together the lemon juice, orange
flower water and any orange juice you managed to catch when segmenting
the oranges.

Pour the fruit juice mixture over the
salad and toss lightly to combine. Serve decorated with a few fresh
mint leaves.
