Benefits of Papaya, Limes and Pineapple :
Orange-fleshed fruits such as papaya are rich in the useful antioxidant
nutrient beta-carotene. Limes and pineapple offer good supplies of
antioxidant vitamin C, while melons are believed to stimulate the
kidneys, helping them to work more efficiently and detoxify the body.

Ingredients :

2 papayas

1 pineapple
-
1 small melon
-
juice of 2 limes
-
2 pomegranates
-
ground cinnamon and ginger, to taste

sprigs of mint, to decorate (optional)

Method :

Peel the papayas, cut them in half, and
then into thin wedges. Peel the pineapple. Remove the core and any
remaining "eyes", then cut the flesh lengthways into thin wedges. Halve
the melon and remove the seeds from the middle. Cut it into thin wedges
and remove the skin.

Arrange the papaya, pineapple and melon
slices on six individual plates and sprinkle with lime juice. Cut the
pomegranates in half and scoop out the seeds, discarding any pith.

Scatter the seeds over the prepared fruit
and serve, sprinkled with a little ground cinnamon and ginger to taste.
Scatter over a few sprigs of fresh mint if you like.
