Method :

Cut the peach or nectarine into quarters
around the stone (pit) and pull the fruit apart. Pull out the stone and
cut the flesh into rough chunks, then hull the strawberries. Juice the
peach or nectarine and strawberries, using a juicer, or blend for a
thicker juice. Stir in the lemon juice.
