5cm / 2in piece cucumber

3 large vine-ripened tomatoes
-
½ Little Gem (Bibb) lettuce

1 small garlic clove
-
small handful of fresh parsley, stalks
included

15ml / 1 tbsp lemon juice
Method :

Peel and chop the cucumber. Halve the
tomatoes and lettuce. Juice all the ingredients together.
