Anti Aging Juices Recipe
A refreshing, tasty and anti aging drink, packed with antioxidants. The
combination of carrots and strawberries is really unusual, but deadly
to any free radicals.

Ingredients :
Serves 2

1 green eating apple, cored and chopped

3 carrots, peeled and chopped

1 mango, peeled and stoned (pitted)

150ml / ¼ pint /
2/3
cup freshly squeezed orange juice, chilled

6 strawberries, hulled
-
slice of orange, to decorate

ice cubes, to serve

Method :

Place the apple, carrots and mango in a
food processor or blender and process the mixture to a pulp.

Add the orange juice and hulled
strawberries and process again.

If liked, strain the pulp through a
strainer, pressing out all the juice with the back of a wooden spoon.
Discard any pulp left in the sieve.

Pour the juice into tumblers filled with
ice cubes and serve immediately, decorated with a slice of orange.
Variation :
Use 4 or 5 fresh apricots in place of the mango for a slightly
different flavor, or make a delicious breakfast smoothie by blending in
some natural (plain) yogurt.
