Anti Aging
Juices Recipe
This refreshing
anti aging tomato drink will replenish your levels of lycopene, an
essential plant chemical for both men and women.

Ingredients :
Serves 2

250ml / 8 fl oz / 1 cup chilled tomato
juice

5ml / 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
-
few drops of Tabasco sauce
-
juice of ½ lemon
-
pinch of celery salt
-
salt and ground white or black pepper
-
2-3 spring onions (scallions), shredded,
to garnish

ice cubes and 2 celery sticks, to serve

Method :

Pour the chilled tomato juice into a
large jug (pitcher).

Add the Worcestershire sauce and stir
well to ensure the flavors are thoroughly combined.

Add a few drops of Tabasco sauce and the
lemon juice. Taste and season with celery salt, salt and black or white
pepper, if necessary. Serve over ice cubes, with celery sticks for
stirring.
