Aļoli Sauce Recipe

 

This homemade aļoli sauce goes well with grilled fish fillets, crudites, fried or boiled potatoes.

Ingredients :

preparation time 20 minutes
makes 1 cups

  • 4 cloves garlic, quartered

  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

  • 1 cup (250ml) mayonnaise

Storage : Aļoli will keep under refrigeration for up to three days in a screw-top jar.

Method :

  1. Using mortar and pestle, crush garlic and salt to a smooth paste.

  2. Combine garlic mixture and remaining ingredients in small bowl.
