Asian Dressing & Marinade Recipe

If you can't get enough of the grilled food at your favorite Asian restaurant, here is a mixture you can use as a salad dressing or marinade at home.

To make Asian salad dressing, let large cuts of meat marinate in this mixture overnight in the refrigerator. Marinate thinly sliced meats and poultry for no more than 2 hours and fish and seafood for no more than 30 minutes. Discard used marinade after the food has finished marinating.

  • ¼ cup rice vinegar

  • 3 tablespoons Asian toasted sesame oil
