This virtually fat-free dressing is terrific tossed with steamed vegetables or as a marinade for chicken, fish or seafood.Because of the high acidic content of this mixture, you should marinate foods in a glass, stainless steel or ceramic bowl. Marinate chicken for at least 2 hours and fish and seafood for only 30 minutes. Discard the used marinade after the food has finished marinating.
