Remoulade Sauce Recipe

 

This remoulade sauce goes well with pan-fried breaded fish fillets, grilled chicken breasts, steamed or roasted vegetables.

Ingredients :

preparation time 20 minutes
makes 1 cup

  • 1 cup (250ml) mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped cornichons

  • 1 tablespoon drained, rinsed baby capers, chopped finely

  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard

  • 1 drained anchovy fillet, chopped finely

  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh tarragon

Method :

  1. Combine ingredients in small bowl.

Storage : Remoulade will keep under refrigeration for up to three days in a screw-top jar.
