Tartare Sauce Recipe

 

This homemade tartare sauce goes well with grilled chicken breasts, smoked or fried fish.

Ingredients :

preparation time 20 minutes
makes 1 cup

  • 1 cup (250ml) mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped cornichons

  • 1 tablespoon drained, rinsed baby capers, chopped finely

  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh dill

  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

Method :

  1. Combine ingredients in small bowl.

Storage : Tartare sauce will keep under refrigeration for up to three days in a screw-top jar.
