Thousand-Island Dressing Recipe

 

This thousand-island dressing goes well with grilled fish, cold or hot seafood platters, or as a sandwich spread.

Ingredients :

preparation time 20 minutes
makes 2 cups

  • 1 cup (250ml) mayonnaise

  • ¼ cup (60ml) tomato sauce

  • ½ small white onion (40g), grated finely

  • 8 pimiento-stuffed green olives, chopped finely

  • 1 small red capsicum (150g), chopped finely

Method :

  1. Combine ingredients in small bowl.

Storage : Thousand-island dressing will keep under refrigeration for up to three days in a screw-top jar.
