Ingredients :Traditional Chinese Cantonese Confinement Food Recipe - Fried Ginger Rice

  • 1 bowl white rice

  • 50g ginger (chopped)

  • 1 egg

  • 2 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • pinch of pepper

Cooking Ingredients for Fried Ginger Rice

 

Method :

  1. Heat sesame oil in a wok, then sauté ginger until fragrant. (picture 2)

  2. Add in a bowl of white rice and stir-fry, then toss in egg and mix well. (picture 3-5)

  3. Season with soy sauce and pepper, dish out.
