Method :

If using wooden skewers, pre-soak them
for 30 minutes to prevent burning under the broiler. Put the yogurt,
chutney, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bow[ and stir
together.

Put the onions in a pan of boiling water.
Return to a boil, then drain well.

Thread the onions, corn, zucchini,
mushrooms, and tomatoes alternately onto 8 metal or wooden skewers.

Arrange the kabobs on a broiler pan and
brush with the yogurt glaze. Cook under a preheated broiler for 10
minutes, turning and brushing frequently, until golden and tender.

Serve with a garnish of mixed salad
greens.
